Zep FS Process Cleaner is a multi-purpose, non-butyl, water-based cleaner and degreaser for all types of cleaning in retail food establishments and food processing plants. It contains biodegradable surfactants and rinses freely to prevent spotting. This product is highly concentrated for fast, efficient removal of grease, animal fat, and protein deposits. It has been enhanced with water softening agents for effective cleaning in hard water areas. It is chlorine-compatible (chlorine may be added at the time of use for enhanced cleaning). It may be used in the cleaning all areas of restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, delis, bakeries, and butcher shops, and as a general purpose product in larger food processing plants.
